Commercial Facilities Management Services
We offer complete building management, operation and maintenance support, custodial services, which include project. Search management aspects of building management, engineering services related to operation and maintenance, custodial services, architectural and structural support and office administrative and clerical support
Custodial Services
Our custodial services are provided to federal, state and commercial facilities. Our cleaning services are employed in federal buildings, clinical settings, stadiums, airports, office complexes, military bases, universities and courthouses. Chimes DC is one of the largest providers of custodial services under the AbilityOne Program that supports set-aside contracts for non-profit organizations that employ persons with severe disabilities.
Mailroom Services
Our mailroom operations support to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). This service includes sorting and delivery of mail in the Public Ledger building in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We provide project managers, mailroom clerks, administrative clerks, sorting and segregating services and delivery.
Warehouse/Logistic Services
Our warehouse/logistic services include warehousing, repair, delivery and inventory. Through a furnishings management contract we provide warehousing and logistics services to Dover Air Force Base. Contract requirements include warehousing, repair, delivery and inventory of government owned furniture in support of the airmen and women assigned to living quarters on this large Air Force base in Dover, Delaware. Our employees include a project manager, warehouse technician, truck drivers, inventory control specialists and furniture repair personnel.
Business Support Services
We offer business support services to new and experienced service related organizations. These supports include mentoring, accounting, vendor support for materials and equipment requirements, contract management and administration as well as health insurance and other insurance needs such as workers
compensation and unemployment insurance.
