Mr. Salter has been in the field of providing employment opportunities for
people with severedisabilities in federal contracts via the AbilityOne program
since 1989.  He brought his expertise in government contracting to Chimes DC
in 2006 and serves as the Chief Operating Officer.  He oversees custodial contracts, administrative and logistics at numerous military installations and government sites such as the Pentagon, Library of Congress, and the Department of Commerce, including Complete Facility Management (CFM) contracts at the EPA headquarters building and Southern Maryland District Courthouse.  Prior to joining Chimes, he worked for a national non-profit agency, NISH.  Mr. Salter has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
